Guys,
I am battling with a design on using the MQGet node in a flow.
This is the design I have (all nodes connected):
SoapInput --> SoapExtract -->Compute(convert message to Cobol) --> MQOutput(remote queue) --> MQGet --> Compute(convert to Soap) --> SoapReply
When I do the put the message on the MQOutput Node (remote queue definition on Host), I checked the box 'New correlation ID'. The MQGet node is then supposed to pick the message up from a local queue definition because I set the flag 'Get by correlation ID'.
But I tested this design and if I have more than one message on my MQGet queue, it just takes the first message off the queue - I would have thought it would take the one that matches the correlation ID of the message I dumped on the remote queue.
I have never tried MQGet nodes and this is my futile attempt to get it working. If it is a bad design, please propose an alternative, if I am missing some properties, on the MQGet node, please direct me.
Thanks |

ok.. I take back my words ..
If only first message is being picked up then ur not picking up using the corel id.
And I tot, we simply pass the msgid (and the same one recieved from the sender app) and then the responder would set it to the corel id feild and you would then pick up the message matching the msgid=corelid. _________________ *forgetting everything * |

You need a compute node between the MQOutput and the MQGet to retrieve the correlID from the localenvironment _________________ MQ & Broker admin |
