Guys

I was involved in MQ Patch Upgradation work (from 6.0.2.0 to 6.0.2.3) on AIX Server.

After removing the APAR IZ01272 there are some IZ01272 lib files under /usr/mqm/lib. Do I need to manually remove those files from the below directory?.

$ ls -lrt /usr/mqm/lib
total 51936
-r-xr-xr-x 1 mqm mqm 2639913 Sep 22 2006 libmqmr.a-preIZ01272-6.0.2.0
-r-xr-xr-x 1 mqm mqm 2704708 Sep 22 2006 libmqmr_r.a-preIZ01272-6.0.2.0

I have used APAR --remove IZ01272 and the above files were not removed.

Now the QMGR is running with 6.0.2.3 AIX. Is there any imact due to the above mentoned lib files under the directory?

Please throw some light here.
