I have a box which has a TDE client. The second box is a server. Now I am using the TDE client to grab the files from the server. Now will my TDE client have a queue manager?. Will I have any MQ definition in my TDE client?. Because from my understanding there must be a channel between the TDE client and the server. On the server there will be a queue manager in which the TDE client will connect. The connection is establish between MQSeries client and MQSeries server. Now how does the TDE client grab the files from the server?. From my understanding there a specific command that enables TDE client to connect the server queue manager and grab the files from the server to the TDE client. Also are there possibilities of issuing a FTFPing to the overall configuration?. From my understanding it is possible because TDE client is connected the queue manager on the server.
