How the reply from IMS can be read using JMS and MQ-IMS bridge?

I am new to this MQ-IMS Bridge.

My requirement is:

We are going to use MQ-IMS bridge to communicate and invoke IMS applications. To invoke IMS application we need to send data in a specified format so that IMS bridge can invoke the target IMS application. After invokation the IMS sends response to reply-to Queue.

My question is:

1. How IMS bridge invokes specified target IMS applications? where we need to mention that?
2. How to read the response from reply-to Queue using JMS/MDB? Is there any other way to read the response from the reply-to Queue?
