Hey,
Usually I believe to be a hero because I can install and uninstall Software myself on a Windows XP box without any support. But now I've been proven wrong.

I tried to update my open beta install to a full GA install of WMQ V7.

After it didn't let me because the beta driver was still installed, I decided to do a complete fresh install.

So I went do the ADD/REMOVE Software panel and clicked uninstall WebSphere MQ. But it didn't let me.

It keeps telling me about an error 1713 which says cannot install one of its reqiured products.

I have nailed it all down to the MQExplorer part of the installation which does not want to be removed. (Basically with removing all the other components)

Anybody got an idea what I've done wrong, and how I can fix this?
