I assume that MCA is like a Trigger monitor. What MCA does is get messages from the transmission queue and puts it in the network. Now when the channel is in a retrying mode, in other words it is trying to negotiate with a host, the GET attribute of the transmission queue will be set from ENABLED to DISABLED. So is this done to ensure that MCA will terminate and stop retrieving messages from the transmission queue when it is empty?.
