Hai,

1. Is WTX Plugin Node (WTX Map) availble in WMBToolKit 6.1 .
If not can u please send me the link for downlading it.?

You have to install WTX for the node to appear and also you need software license for downloading it. You can find the software in IBM site..

The WTX Plugin node is not available as a separate install. As of WMB 6.1, to use WTX you will have to install WTX for Integration Servers 8.2.0.2. This will automatically install the new WTX Plugin node and the WTX parser.
