I have these setup for some testing
QM1 with a Remote Queue Definition and TX Queue
QM2 with a Local Queue

When I use mqftapp to connect locally to QM1, browse a file and send to Remote Queue Definition, later on use back mqftapp to browse QM2's Local Queue, I could see the file.

But when I use JMS to connect to QM1's Remote Queue Definition, I was able to send as the queue depth on QM2's Local Queue increased by one, but when I use mqftapp to connect, I got this error

WebSphere MQ File Transfer - Error during listing
Time ................
Error Application Memory Unavailable

Have you guys encountered this error before?

Sorry, to put it simply, a message was sent to a queue using MQ's API via JMS and upon using mqftapp to read the queue, it popped the error:

WebSphere MQ File Transfer - Error during listing
Time ................
Error Application Memory Unavailable

The mqftp programs come in pairs. One to put, one to get.
Of course you can use other programs to simulate either one of the above. You just have to make sure that all the relevant fields are populated the same...
I would suggest you use rfhutil(ih03) to analyze the message created by the tool before trying to emulate the tool.
