I have got two z/OS queue managers and SSL channels between them.
Each z/OS queue manager has got key ring and certificates connected to them. I tried to start sender SSL channel but I received the following message:

+CSQX633E + qmgr name CSQXRCTL SSL CERTIFICATE FOR REMOTE CHANNEL channel name FAILED LOCAL CHECK

Can anyone help me what to do here to solve this problem and start channel?

do you have the ssl certs (either self-signed personal cert or CA root/intermediate certs depending on your set-up) of your other qmgr in your qmgr?

FYI- There is no need to add certs from one QM's Keyring to another, if the CA root certs are same.

I solved problem. The problem was with the CN in the certificates of the queue managers. The CNs were too long and with characters which are not allowed. I requested new certificates where CN is equal to queue manager name. After that everything works fine. All SSL channels were started. Also SSL cluster channels were started. Thanks for help.
