What are the permissions required for Message Broker directories and files on UNIX server.Plz provide a link if ther is any or any doc related to it?

are u talking wrt installation of MB ? if yes then have a look at the installation guide of your specific platform....

else if u want 2 make changes then u shd hv ur user part of broker groups to run control commands...
