Dear all,
Currently, I have a role with userA and userB assigned to a program activity. This program activity has an exit condition such that this activity is exited only when the condition is met. UserA starts this program activity and userB is being disabled and the program returns to a ready state because the exit condition is not met. However, now only userA is allowed to access the workitem with the other user disabled. Is there any way to refresh the worklist such that both userA and userB from the same role are allowed to access the workitem as before.
Thanks. |

Put the activity in a block, have the block fail the exit condition and you will see what you are looking for. _________________ John McDonald

U can use following approach also.....
Create a user in BuildTime for the Role. Assign the program Activity to this User. Then for the users in that role (UserA & UserB) , give authorizations to view workItem of this User(User created for Role). So when the WorkItem is created it will be always assigned to the only single User and other authorized user can view that workItem. By doing this there will never be disabled workItems.
But before checking out workItem (with userA or UserB), you must have to first transfer that workItem to the user who try to check out this workItem.
In this case even though exit condition is not matched WorkItem will always be created to Role User. hence other authorized Users can view those items. |
