Lets says I want to transfer a file from point A to B. Apart from knowing the file source and file destination what other information that I need to know?.

The obvious: What transfer mechanism are you going to use and what parameters are needed to make it work from A to B.

| It can be almost anything...including whether MQ is the best method for doing this. You are asking a fairly generic question...the answers to which should be driven by the business needs not the technology. |
