Hi All,
I have faced some problem with when i connect with configuration manager.
In this case i got one error type like:
BIP0914E The queue manager WBRK61_DEFAULT_QUEUEU_MANAGER is not available.
Reason:
When connecting to the Configurationmanager's queue mananger,a code of 2059(MQRC_Q_MGR_NOT_AVAILABLE))or 2009
(MQRC_CONNECTION_BROKEN)was returned by Websphere MQ,which means that the network or queue manager may be down.Ensure that
the queue manager is running and that a network connection is enabled. If necessary, start the queue manager WBRK61_DEFAULT_QUEUEU_MANAGER,ensure
that a listener is running on port 1414 and that a valid server connection channel is running. Then restart the configuration manager. Finally, reconnect to the domain from the Message Broker Toolkit and retry the operation.
Either the network is down, the queue manager 'WBRK61_DEFAULT_QUEUE_MANAGER' is not running, or there is no related listener running on port 2414
(MQ reason code 2059 while trying to connect)
---------------
In my Environment i gave listner port : 1414
Default Queuemanger : WBRK61_DEFAULT_QUEUEU_MANAGER
Configuration manager name:
WBRK61_DEFAULT_CONFIGURATION_MANAGER
In LocalDomain.ConfigMgr i gave port number by default 1414 and host name is locahost
When i start queumanger Default Queue manager WBRK61_DEFAULT_QUEUE_MANAGER in runnig mode action performed at the same time listner also in running mode.
So as my knowledge i didn't get where it is problem happend .
So pls Can anybody help me..................
Env: Windows XP Professional,BM WebSphere MQ Explorer 6.0v,WBI MB 6.1 |

I see that your statements are conflicting..check your listener for the correct port and use it while configuring the domain. |

1. Verify the queue manager is running/Command server/Services etc
2. Ensure the listener is running
3. do telnet <ipaddress> <port Number>, find out its connecting or not
3. Check the connection properties that you have configured in toolkit .
While configuring the domain itself you can find out, its connection or not
If all the above answers are "YES" it will work _________________ Regards
