One of our production applications is using WAS5.1 with JMS embedded messaging. We are seeing very intermittent MQJMS1061 errors in our MDB listener. Our code is simply logging the text of the message: "MQJMS1061: Unable to deserialize object".
We are sending and receiving hundreds of these same message every hour and in general there have been no problems. We have had two major issues in the past 6 weeks where we saw a large number of messages with the error (300+) and 3 separate instances where there was only one message in error. We do not know what would be causing these errors but it seems to be load related in some sense.
We have many of these errors currently on our embedded MQ server dead letter queue but we do not have any good way that we know of to get the binary content so we can analyze it. If anyone can help us along those lines it would be greatly appreciated.
BTW: We do have a WAS 5.1 PMR in place but this one feels like it may be on the boundary between WAS 5.1 and MQ. I can enter an MQ series PMR but I thought I might try this discussion board first.
