Problems with relative paths when triggering the java program through MQ. ( we are using the javaTrigger.java found in the repository ).

example:
new File("configFiles\\xml\\process.xml") gives an IO Exception
new File("D:\\sample\\configFiles\\xml\\process.xml") works fine.

However the java program runs fine when executed in a standalone way.
why does this happen? How do I use relative paths ?

Relative paths... relative to what? What is the process running ? What is its root path?

I posted here in the last 2 weeks a link about triggering in a Unix/Java environment (User group ppt). Search my posts and get it.

And Yes I did use relative paths in the java being triggered there...

Enjoy
