Suppose I have two Queue Manager. Do I define a sender and receiver channel on QM1 and sender and receiver channel for QM2?.

If you want one-way traffic - a SDR on one QMGRA, matched by a RCVR on other QMGRB.

If you want two-way traffic - as above, but also a SDR on QMGRB and a RCVR on QMGRA.

Read all about defining channels and how distributed queuing works in the WMQ Intercommunications manual.

Also, take a system administration class. www.ibm.com/trainig wm151 is for WMQ for Windows, wm152 is for AIX; wm155 is for SunSolaris; mq201 is for wmq on z/OS; mq160 is for iSeries.
