I need to figure out who many messages arrived i(put) n a queue in one minute and how many were received ( get).

Is there any support pack /any attributes ( I checked accouting /qstatistics does not sound it works for me) I can turn on so that I can find these statistics.

Typically this information is being provided by some monitoring package. (you get what you pay for...)

MQ Visual Edit contains 2 very light-weight monitoring functions: Queue Monitor and Queue Stats Monitor. You might want to have a look.
