Hi,
now that I recieved lots of good advices from your side I finally implemented my message flow with SSL & HTTPS. I tested the whole solution on 2 Microsoft machines and used my browser as the SSL client.
Now I wanted to bring that solution on AIX and the first thing I realize when I connect with my browser against the AIX Message Broker, that there is no hint, that the server requires client authentication and I recieve an Error -12229 from firefox.
Could the differences in the used char sets on windows and AIX be the reason for that problem, or have you got any other suggestions?

HI,
tanks for that tip, but I allready realized SSL Client Authentication on our microsoft machines successfully. There are only problems to connect to AIX even the config is the same. Here are the configs:
AIX:
HTTPSConnector=''
uuid='HTTPSConnector'
clientAuth='true'
keystoreFile='/opt/IBM/ibm/mqsi/6.1/jre15/bin/Broker.jks'
keystorePass='******'
port='4433'
Windows:
HTTPSConnector=''
uuid='HTTPSConnector'
clientAuth='true'
keystoreFile='D:\Programme\IBM\MQSI\6.1\jre15\bin\Broker.keystore
keystorePass='******'
port='4433'
The Crtificates are exchanged in exact the same way so I have no idea why it works on one machine but not on the other.
