Hello,
In the "MQWF 3.3.2 Concept and Architecture" manuals, it is written (p31) :
"Within an MQ Workflow system group, only one Cleanup Server and
one Scheduling Server are needed to serve all the systems within this
system group." ... (whereas each system has got its own admin server and it own execution server)
In the BuildTime Network tab, the "cleanup" and "scheduling" server seems to be attached to the first system created (let 's call it "SystemA") and not to the corresponding system group.
In particular, if you create a second system called "System B" (under the same system group), the "cleanup" and "scheduling server" don' t appear (in the BuildTime network tab) under this second system "System B".
If I well understood, the "cleanup" and "scheduling" server used by both "SystemB" and "System A" are those graphically situated under "SystemA" in the BuildTime network tab view which is not very logical to me ...
Could you tell me if this is exact ?
THANKS ! |

In the doc I beleive it states that ONLY THE PRIMARY SYSTEM IN A SYSTEM GROUP CAN HAVE A CLEANUP AND SCHEDULING SERVER. The first system in the system group is the primary system.
I have no problem with the way buildtime presents this informatin, of course it could be just because I' m used to seeing it this way _________________ John McDonald
