Monitor MQ instances is quite vague...

What are you looking to monitor:
CPU used by the instance? Memory? Queue manager up or down? enqueue rate and dequeue rate of local queues? channel status? current queue depth? error log for a certain error message? MQ file system size?... and the list could go on

Please be a little more specific.

There have been a number of discussion, convieniently grouped in this section, on the sort of things you can monitor and reasons why you're want to.

A lot depends on what you're trying to detect.
