Gurus, Need your thought on an issue.

We have an Ant deployment script which uses IBM provided mqsicreatebar. Some of our application are using Java Compute Node. So while creating the JAR file the mqsicreatebar used the toolkit jre (14) and builds the classes.

We have a need to build some of our application with jre15.

For manual deployment using toolkit, I can change the Java Build Path to point to the jre15. I am looking a similar switch with mqsicreatebar. Tried setting the JAVA_HOME but did not help.

Have you considered running Ant inside a 1.5 JVM?

Have you considered using Ant to change the environment that mqsicreatebar runs in?

Have you considered double-checking the switches on mqsicreatebar to see if it does this?

YES, I had created a bar file by setting JAVA_HOME and PATH to set JRE!%. Need to verify that mesicreatebar had used the JRE15. Looking for a better option.

I am looking for a similar kind of solution. Did not find any thing in version 60.
