Hi All,

The requirement is that the flow has to interact with several stored procedures in a sequence and depending on the response from each of the stored procedures invoke the next one. Finally consolidate the response and send it back to a queue.

if there is a failure in one of the stored procedures, we have to rollback the entire transaction.

is XA the only solution for this? For me to use XA, can I use ESQL, or is Java the only option? is there any good reference/link to understand WMB XA.

If someone has designed something like this before please share your experience.

V

V,

I dont see a problem here at all...

You can either call all the SP's in a single compute node or across your Message Flow. In case the SP fails, just raise an exception and the entire thing will roll back.

This is how it's supposed to happen in WMB.

Was this the issue - ir did we miss a point?
