In one of my msgbroker installations, done over a year back, I couldn't find the Configuration Manager Proxy application, and I don't remember how I did particularly on that machine.
But I want to add it to the installation, instead of a reinstall. Does anyone know how to do this?
thanks for any insight.

I'm not sure what you're looking for. The Config Manager Proxy isn't an application as such - it's an API that you can use to develop your own applications. This is part of the runtime installation - the JAR file <instdir>/classes/ConfigManagerProxy.jar. It requires the MQ Java Client in order to work.
OTOH, the Config Manager Proxy API Exerciser is a sample application that uses the Config Manager Proxy API. This is also part of the runtime installation, and accessible on the Start menu on Windows.
