Hi,
Does anyone know what is 'NEON Adapter for SAP R3'? What is it used for and on which platform?

This product is composed of two main parts, development time and runtime.
The development time component allows IDoc, BAPI and RFC meta data structures to be down loaded from SAP into a NEON formatter database. This element always runs on an NT workstation.
The runtime components are connecters which will receive or send IDoc ,BAPI or RFC messages and place on MQSeries.
Numerous platforms, NT, AIX, Solaris & HP-UX.
This is, a far as I'm aware the only commercial product that extracts SAP meta data into an MQSI friendly format. However there are a couple of other options for doing this, there is a support pack on the IBM site (NT only) also you can extract SAP datastructures as C structures an import to MRM.
In terms of a SAP/MQSeries connector there is also the IBM product MQSeries link for R/3 which sends and receives IDocs.
