Great site , I review it all the time.
One area that is different enough is MVS - OS/390 MQSeries.

I think it would be useful as a specific discussion area . Many things overlap as should be with middleware, but some things are very different. It would provide a good place for those with mainframes to discuss specific questions that relate and would give non-mainframe people a place to view what is different without complicating general MQ discussions.

One of the biggest "features" of Version 5.3 was that the mainframe and distributed versions were now more similiar than ever. And future versions will continue that trend.
