I don't think I'll make it, but some others in my group might. |

I'm just wondering if Matt will be forced to wear a pink Hawaiian shirt or not... _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I'm prepping the session now... so what's new in Message Broker?
Well... this fine Hawaiian shirt for starters.
Can't wait to see the eval forms for that one. |

What kind of broker sessions are you having this year? |

I'll be covering what's new ('post-6.1' as well as 6.1 itself), in addition to the Intro and a nice session on administration secrets.
We've also got sessions on File support, Adapters (SAP, Siebel etc), transformation as well as some updated for 6.1 sessions on web services, message modelling, performance, and so on.
There's some other broker-specific stuff planned too, but as I couldn't find it on the website I'll keep quiet for now.

Should be a hoot. |

I'm still on the fence after hearing so many negative comments about 2007. And I was only seeing a handful of broker-specific sessions in the technical track (which, by the way, I find to be a little confusing to navigate). Are there more than 4 or 5, and they just aren't listed yet?
Also, are the B-52's actually performing, or will there just be cd giveaways? |

Depends on project schedules but it'd be great to go especially if there are more broker sessions than what is listed (not that I can't find anything interesting in there). |

Don't worry. We've got four or five presenters planned from MB development, and we've each got several unique sessions.

So what did they do after Love Shack? |

Too right - every time I remind them how lucky they are & how I started out on a mainframe with the same amount of memory as their phones they pat me on the wrist, sit me down and make me a nice cup of weak tea.....
Few months punching Java onto 80 column cards would show 'em. Build character, and give me a good laugh. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
