Hi Pals,
On the base WMB product, i have installed fixpack 6, but is there a way i can uninstall the fixpack.
The base Product was installed using smit, and the fixpack was done using the fixpack updater.
Or the solution is to unistall the whole product itself.
Thanks

Is it just me or is it kinda nuts that you can't rollback a fix pack for WMB? You have to uninstall and reinstall the whole thing? Ugh. _________________ Peter Potkay

Hmmm, yes, I have seen somebody restore back to base by just restoring the file system in question. lslpp reported the fix pac was still on.
This will cause support problems and I would not trust such a thing.
Don't do it...
btw, you have the install of WMB confused with WMQ, because there is no smit for WMB. _________________ Joseph
