Hi All,
I am trying to install IBM WBIA FrameWork V2.6.0 on Windows 2000 machine. WBIMB V5.0 is acting as a Broker.
Previosly I installed the same software successfully I even applied the fixpack 4. But due to some problems i uninstalled. Now when I tried to install the Frame Work V2.6.0 the installation wizard reporting below error and installation fails.
"Unable to install IBM WebSphere Business Integration Adapter FrameWork 2.6.0 over Product: Installed product has newer version"
"Cannot install : Check (update) did not pass"

If any one know hoe to resolve this issue please let me know about the same

There is a solution provided for a similar issue.
Perform the steps provide and try whether it works out for you.

I had a similar issue while installing WBI Peoplesoft Adapter on AIX.
I was installing the adapter under 'mqm' user account.
I went to vpd.properties file, which was located in /home/mqm location, and removed the entries related to Peoplesoft adapter.

These entries were made as I had installed the adapter earlier, uninstalled it and then was installing it again.

Hope removing these entries help you.
