Queue Manager property Startup is set to Automatic.
When restarting the server, the Windows service IBM MQSeries is started, but the Queue Manager is not started.
If starting the Queue Manager in the WebSphere MQ Explorer, the queue manager stops when user log off.

Description of environment:
Installed WebSphere Message Broker 6, WebSphere MQ 6.0.0.0 is installed as embedded part of WMB.
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2, Service Pack 2.
The user used for installation is defined in Windows Active Directory and member of Administrator group.

Created Queue Manager with the following commands:
crtmqm TEST_QM
amqmdain auto TEST_QM
amqmdain start TEST_QM
runmqsc TEST_QM
DEFINE LISTENER(TEST.LISTENER) TRPTYPE(TCP) PORT (1415) CONTROL (QMGR)
START LISTENER(TEST.LISTENER)
END

In the WebSphere MQ Explorer, the property Startup is displayed as Automatic.

Registry dump from amquregn:
..... (deleted lines) ......

............[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\MQSeries\CurrentVersion\Configuration\QueueManager\TEST_QM\InstanceData]
............"InstanceID"="1204882306"
............"Startup"="1"

..... (deleted lines) ......

Any ideas ?
