When I choose to add a CWT, I get a message that the message set is not checked out, but it is! How do I trick WMQI into believing that the message set is already checked out? Is this a known problem?

I am getting the BIP1813W message even though I have the Message Flow Checked out already.
Has anyone ever seen this before?

Gary,
I came across similar problem when I tried to check-out default Execution Group. It gave me an Error saying someone else (person X) has already checked out that execution group. I confirmed with person X and made sure he doesn't have it checked out. After Person X refreshed his control Center view I was able to checkout the Execution Group.
You could try refreshing your view. If you don't have latest CSD installed, please do so.
