GDH Consulting has an immediate opening for a permanent MQ Series Systems Engineer. Engineer will be required to install and customize all modules of the MQ Series as well as mainframe and distributed versions of MQ.
Duties:
Install product, apply maintenance, look at dumps, and work with IBM tech support to resolve issues. MQ Engineer will be working with developers on projects and suggest solutions for optimal application design. The systems engineer will provide technical direction and expertise to systems project teams and clients responsible for software product maintenance.
Requirements
-Ability to perform MQ Series backups and recovery
-MQ Version 6 Mainframe
-Web Sphere Message Broker (WMB)
-Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
-4 year Degree in Computer Sciences
-3 years as Systems Programmer with MQ Series
-Unix, Windows

No, this client does not provide VISA or Sponsorship of anykind.
Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders.

| Will this client or any of your other clients consider the possiblilty of allowing someone with the desired knowledge/experience assist them in a telecommute capacity via vpn connection? |
