How to find out Number of Queues under specified QManager

I am writing a code using Vb.Net. But not getting the way to find out how many local Queues, Remote Queues, Transmission Queues created under specified Queue manager.

Also how do i check that Channels exists or not. and if they exists the whats the status of channel (Running, Active, Inactive ,etc... )

Please help ...>
i m using MQSeries Version 6.0

The question is why are you bothering - any competent piece of monitoring software can do this, and probably for less TCO.

All the information you require can be obtained programatically by issuing PCF messages. The documentation explains their format.
