10 seconds with a command prompt would have got you this:

30 seconds with the search button in this forum would have got you the advice to look at the FDC file associated with the error.

Putting "mq reason code 2195" into google returns lots of hits, I'd start with reading some of them, they might give you a clue.
I would also recommend the product documentation which will tell you what reason codes mean. |
