Hi,
I have been programming in mq using java for last 3 months.
I came across a lot of issues, and i had overcomed those with MQ professional help.
I believe a very good design will help ease in overcoming unknown issues in development.
Can people guide me what are the good design principals inmq programming.
Like, i came across one reply for query saying do not use queue depth to get/browse msg instead get the cc and rc... as such
Help me how should be mq programming designed,or any reference docs !
Any help is appeciated.
Thanks _________________ Failure is not a defeat,it's just a delay, Walk TALL |

IBM & others run training courses on WMQ application design.
You might find some of the redbooks helpful on this subject. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

There is a Guide for Application Programming with MQ. There is also a Reference manual for Application Programming with MQ. And if you're interested in Using Java with MQ, there's a manal for that too. _________________ Peter Potkay

There's also a manual on how to program using clients and if you like .NET there's a manual for Using .NET with MQ too. _________________ MQ & Broker admin |
