Hi,
I am working on MBv6.0, MQv6.0, WIN XP Professional
I am facing problems when running broker commands from command line. When i switch to MB command console and give any command i get following message.
Make sure that the message catalog is available and that the mqsi response is in the message catalog. If the problem continues contact your IBM support centre
Command console was working fine when i used last time.
Can any one please help me to sort it out. |

You aren't in a command environment that was setup using the mqsiprofile.

Hi jefflowrey,
Thaks for the reply.How wold i know which is the correct environment to be in.
When i click "Allow services to interact with Desktop" from LogOn tab of the broker service. I get following trace. And i am running my commands from command console from C:\IBM\WBIMB6. It does not make any difference even if i change to C:\IBM\WBIMB6\bin and then issue the runtime commands.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>REM "C:\IBM\WBIMB6\bin\runComponent.bat" is this script
C:\WINDOWS\system32>REM "bipbroker.exe" is the executable name such as bipbroker.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32>REM "C:\IBM\WBIMB6\bin\mqsiprofile.cmd" is the profile script location
C:\WINDOWS\system32>REM "BRKT" is the broker name
C:\WINDOWS\system32>call "C:\IBM\WBIMB6\bin\mqsiprofile.cmd"
MQSI 6.0.0.5
