Hello i have a question about installing WebSphere MQ v.6.0 and WebSphere Message Broker v.6.0 on the same computer, or on the separate coputers. I want to know Which configuration is the best? I have searched on IBM's web site and and haven't found information about the best configuration.

Having just started with Message Broker, you should also know a few things.
You need training. MB is a complicated product, and hard to understand on your own.
You won't get training here.
Ask questions, by all means, but expect to have to spend most of your time reading links, trying things, and thinking about them.
