The javadoc is installed as part of the java part of your MQ installation. Look for an appropriately named jar file. (sorry I don't have an install atm to give you an exactly location).

Other than that there are the manuals online at the IBM website, specifically there is a manual called "Using Java" which documents the API.

OK, I stand corrected.

But it isn't exactly obvious that you need to go look for <install dir>\Tools\Java\base\mqjmsapi.jar.
