WBIMB V5 CSD8

I have a problem with the CURRENT_TIMESTAMP function on Z/OS. System time is GMT and the TZ setting in the ENVFILE is GMT+1. I would have expected CURRENT_GMTTIMESTAMP to give me the system time and CURRENT_TIMESTAMP to get me one hour later. What I actually get is a timestamp 2 hours earlier than system time for both functions.

Has anyone come across this?
