how can we know the history of a queue i.e,
1)Time and Date of put/get operation on queue?
2)what were the contents at that period?

There are a number of supportpacs that might help - an API crossing exit which can record every MQ API call (before and after) made.

There are products that will enable you to browse through (linear) MQ transaction logs to see what messages were put/got from a queue.
