Is that completion of Test 994 (WebSphere MQ System Administration) is mandatory to appear for Test 996(WebSphere MQ Solution Design)?

Not so far as I know. You may need to pass both to claim a qualification, I refer you to the IBM site for further details.

Ha IBM developed MQ solutiond developer test for MQ version 6 which is equivalent 297 test?
