What does this mean?

Lots of people have used WMB to process ACORD XML messages.

At least a few people have built an ESB that uses the ACORD XML standard as the canonical enterprise format.

IBM has documentation on how to use WebSphere Message Broker. This is free.

ACORD has documentation on their messages. I don't think this is free.

There isn't any, that I'm aware of.

There's documentation on processing XML in WMB.
