Hi @ all,
i´ve just been preparing our MQ cluster for SSL use. I´ve created the keystores using the gsk7ikm gui and now i´m getting errors while extracting the self signed certificates.
These errors only occur in the command line interface. An extract via gsk7ikm is successful. Here ´s the command i was using:

What platform? On Solaris I ran your command and got:
Code:
-extract is not a valid key database action.
I changed "keydb" to "cert" and the certificate extracted fine. Is your key database really named 'qmgrname.kdb'? Usually they are key.kdb no matter what the queue manager name is.
Side note: I never include the "-pw <passwd>" string on my command line. If you leave it off, gsk7cmd will prompt you for it, and that way it does not show up in any command history files that may be viewed by unwanted eyes.
