Compare to IBM websphere message broker 6.0, is there any open source systems ? Can any one guide me.. Thanks.

There are lots of open source systems out there. Whether any one of those will perform the same services you need and show the same characteristics as WebSphere Message Broker is open to interpretation...

Use a criteria matrix to determine what you need and measure all systems against it. Run a few proof of concept labs and see how each system measures up against the other in your key requirements....
