It is a little strange that the exception list does not have any field with the date/time of the generated exception. Is there any way I can retrieve the date/time for the exception that was generated?

Never felt the need as well..

customization is the solution....

in your exception handling flow you can add up the date/time using MB timestamp functions

mqsichangetrace shows the timestamp but is processor & space intensive. Not recommended for production, Also if you throw the exception in windows the eventviewer will show the timestamp.
