I am using MB toolkit 6.0.0.1, runtimes 6.0.0.3 on Win XP with servicepac2

I am getting a Request with a .gz file which has a XML message. I have to Handle that XML Message to process in my Msg flow.

My flow starts with HTTP Input node with Domain as BLOB
I am first writing the file to a file with .gz extension. Now I have to uncompress this to get the actual xml message.

I have a code which uncompresses the .gip file.
But my req is to uncompress .gz file.

Can any one suggest me...

Unless anyone knows of an existing node that does this, your best bet would be to use a JavaCompute node that does the necessary decompression.

gz is a typicall Unix extension for use with gunzip...
Don't know if winzip or Izarc will have the functions defined to allow you to call from java...
