Hi

What was a pretty stable Workflow Environment (Websphere environmnet, unix server, oracle DB) is giving the following error on logging in through front end:
"The singleton OracleProxy is not instantiated".

When Workflow is accessed via the thick client all lists and items appear in order so MQ aspect should be fine? I have bounced the clone and app and this has not helped. I have accessed the Database and queries are returning records as expected.

The only recent FDL releases were user hierarchy changes and Workflow appeared fine afterwards. And I am told no other changes have taken place.

If anyone has encountered this issue before any suggestions greatly appreciated.
