We plan to implement digital signing of messages in MQ using channel exits.
Please guide us.

Why using exits? Exits are an advanced topic, not for the inexperienced or the uncertain.
If you mean you're implementing DS using one of the commercial solutions implemented via exits, I guide you towards the vendor.
Failing that, I guide you towards the Security manual in the Info Centre, which describes the inbuilt facilities.

Most of the Exit programing topics discuss about encryption but I'd like to know more about digital signing.
Also we already use a third party software to implement signing so would like to explore inbuilt MQ signing features.
