I am using windows XP
I have configured FTP on IIS with 21 as port number
when i try to put a message the FTPD is not picking the message
can anyone tell how the node will detect the server and go and pick the message.[/b]

If you mean the Support Pack, it's not a client and won't go get stuff. It's a Server and you have to send stuff to it.

To be clear.

The SupportPac, as far as I know, will not pick up files from anywhere.

It won't touch any files on any file systems.

You must send data to it, over the network, by making an FTP connection to the node.

As far as I know.

Any further questions you have should be posted publicly, or discussed with the author.
