Hi,

I'm running a Windows XP setup with
WID 6.0.2.2
WMB 6.0.0.5
WMBT 6.0.2.9
WMQ 6.0.2.2
RAC 6.0.1

all on a local machine. Trying to connect to RAC, but I don't get a list of execution groups when I attempt to select a FLow Engine.

Here's what I've tried so far

1)Un-installed/Re-installed 3 times. Checked to make sure there were no orphan .dll files lying around in ..\system32 before re-installing

2)Have changed the port from 10002 via serviceconfig.xml

3)Have tried to run the RAC from command prompt rather than as a service

4) Have manually ran SetConfig.bat setting all the relevant params.

No errors in servicelog.log. I'm running out if ideas! Can anyone help?

Plan a move to MB v6.1?

You need to install RAC without any security options enabled; have you done this?

Hi mqm,

I don't believe it!! I thought I had disabled security when I ran SetConfig.bat
Ran it again and I can now attach!

Thanks v much.

Unfortunately will be stuck with 6.0.2 for quite a while yet.
