I am using MQ Automation classes for ActiveX.

And have specified

MQAX200::MQ::MQOO_INPUT_SHARED +
MQAX200::MQ::MQGMO_SYNCPOINT +
MQAX200::MQ::MQOO_FAIL_IF_QUIESCING

options in QMgr->AccessQueue

Using this options.....unable to delete messages while getting them...

BUT WHEN I am using CPP APIs and the above options I AM ABLE TO DELETE THE MESSAGES WHILE GETTING THEM..

You don't say what versions of Windows you're using, or what version of MQ.

But ActiveX is depreciated. Use .NET instead. Especially if you're using MQv6.

Also - having specified a SYNCPOINT you will also need to specify a COMMIT in order for messages to be "deleted while get".
